Special Meeting of the City Council was held February 14, 2025, at 7:3am with Mayor Bunt presiding. Council members present: Ebert, Jenness, Whited, Edwards, Clerk Harvey by phone.
Pledge of Allegiance
Jenness recommended to the Council hiring Crary Huff Law Firm, L.L.C. after the committee meet with them and Thompson, Phipps Law Firm this week.
Motion by Ebert, seconded by Jenness to approve Res #25-07, “Resolution Accepting Crary Huff Law Firm, L.L.C. as Legal Counsel for the City of Marcus.” Ayes: Ebert, Jenness, Whited, Edwards. Nayes: none. Motion carried.
Motion by Ebert, seconded by Jenness to adjourn 7:32 am. Ayes: All Nayes: none. Motion carried.
