MMCRU 5th through 8th grade middle schools hosted its 2nd annual Science Fair on February 11th. There were 116 projects displayed in eight categories of science. Students were to design an experiment, collect data and communicate their results on a trifold at the event. Middle school partners or individuals who created the best experiment and results in the category will advance to the State Science Fair in Ames on March 27th through 28th. Students lined the gym up with their experiments and were interviewed by judges from the community. Huge thank you to our volunteer judges who took the time to speak to our students at this event.
