Mrs. Kelly Peters is one of the high school math teachers at MMCRU High School. Peters was originally from Storm Lake, where she also attended the University of Buena Vista. She enjoys teaching Geometry because it is where she gets to see every high school student and hopefully show them different types of mathematics. One of Peters’ strengths in teaching is being flexible with her schedule and how she teaches. Peters is the senior class sponsor and she said her favorite thing about being the sponsor is, “sending the seniors out into the world after their graduation.” Some advice from Peters is “Be a lifelong learner, try your best, and push yourself to always get better!”
