The Sheldon hitters opened the first inning with 9 runs and followed up in the 3rd with 5 more. The Royals answered with a single run in the 2nd and again in the 3rd, giving the Orabs a 10-run win over the Royals, 14-2.
Tori Elgersma pitched for the Orabs. She faced 12 batters allowing 3 hits and 2 runs with 1 walk and 3 K’s.
Breanna Staab and Tia Tentinger were the Royals’ scorers. Staab and Tentinger both from walks. They showed some base running skill.
