After many years of service to the Marcus Fire Service, Russ Hansen is stepping down as chief, as one of the longest serving fire chiefs in the departments history, Russ was committed to the department and community. Russ will continue to serve as a member of the department as a firefighter and EMT.
Clay Leavitt will succeed Russ Hansen as chief bringing 15 years of service to the department and recently holding the 1st Assistant Chief position. Other notables in leadership are Mike Scholten as 1st Assistant and Matt Dreckman as 2nd Assistant Chief.
