2023 MMCRU Music Concert

The date was Thursday, April 27 and the time was 7 p.m. when the MMCRU High School music students were ready to show the audience their musical talent! The concerts were held in the Remsen Auditorium.
The MMCRU Choir took to the risers with their first song, “Sikireleke/Koloi” and were joined by nine 7th/8th graders. This song included hand movements. Their second song, “Make a Joyful Noise” featured a Duet of Elsie Hog and Hope Russell.
A small group: Hannah Neddermeyer, Caitlin Wetter, and Jadyn Young helped sing with their third song, “Dies Irae”. Their fourth song, “Inscription of Hope” left the audience with “food for thought”. They concluded with “Homeward Bound”.
There are 10 students from the original group that are “G-sharps”. They sang a lively song, “Dance on My Heart” and concluded with “Witness”.
