Today we are shining our staff spotlight on Sandy Lener, who is currently a paraprofessional for the Highschool in Marcus. Where she goes everyday being able to work and help with the students with special needs. And she wishes for all her students to succeed in their everyday lives.
“She doesn’t just care for the students she works everyday with, but for all the students in the school as well”, said Katelynn Reiter. She makes sure that students are heard and taken well care of in the school district. She helps to give opportunities to students that may not have the chance usually.
Her advice to those around her is to participate in school: “Your school years will go by quickly, and while you have the time to participate you should. You should never take things for granted because you only have the events now in your life
