MMCRU held Senior Night for our six basketball players on January 31, 2023 while MMCRU fought hard against South O’Brien High School. The boys game fell short with a score of 45-52. This year’s senior boys are Gunnar Johnson, Andrew Barinsky, and Kamden Steffen. The girls game ended with an amazing score of 58-26. This year’s senior girls are Isabelle Olson, Kora Alesch, and Avery Schlenger.
Isabelle Olson said “My favorite part of this basketball season was beating Western Christian. This was a back-and-forth game and we ended on top!” We are Royal proud of all of the seniors’ dedication to this basketball season. Thank you seniors!
The next game is Feb 3 at Gehlen Catholic around 6pm. Following Feb 3, Royals will be facing Graettinger/Terril High School at their court on Feb 6 and the final game day will be on Feb 7 in our very own MMCRU court. Please come and support our Royals!
