Jennifer is still in a Sioux Falls hospital. She has been in an induced coma to try and get her seizures under control. She is supposed to have had an ear infection that brought this on. According to the neurologist this has been an unknown problem for quite some time.
Matthew Cummins celebrated his graduation at Faith Lutheran Church following Sunday’s service. Matthew graduated Sunday May 16 at Alta-Aurelia High School.
Do you remember Reverend Friedrich that was minister of Trinity Lutheran Church (rural Marcus)? His wife Evelyn Friedrich passed away November 27, 2020. She was born at Lotts Creek, Iowa February 1, 1928. She married Henry Friedrich June 21, 1955.
The couple had four children: Barb (Washington), Brian (St. Paul, Minnesota), Mark (Arizona) and Linda (California). Brian was an instructor at Lincoln University in Nebraska taken Velma Garvin’s grandson Tanner was going there, Brian did leave there and go to St. Paul.
The couple enjoyed many years traveling to different countries including the Holy Land. Her memorial service was May 26 with burial at East Lawn Cemetery in Algona. Remember all those in your thoughts and prayers who have lost loved ones to death recently, those struggling with health problems, those having financial problems, and those that distanced from their families.
