Rebels vs Royals
It was a teeter-totter game on Tuesday at Cleghorn where the Royals met the Rebels on the diamond. Sioux Central took a 2 run lead in the second breaking the 2-run tie. And they gained another run in the 3rd. Going into bottom of the third the Rebels led 7-4. The bottom of the third belonged to the Royals. The drove 4 runs home, making the score 8-7. But their lead lasted until the top of the 4th. The guests poked 2 runs. Following a quiet 5th inning, and going into the 6th inning with a 9-8 lead, the Rebels put 3 more on the board against the Royals 1. Rebels put a cherry on their scoring in the final, 7th inning with 5 more runs. They claimed the game 17-9.
