Motion by Jenness, seconded by Enneking to approve Second Reading and waving Third Reading of Ordinance 348, “An Ordinance Designating a One-Way Alley in the City of Marcus, Iowa”. Ayes: Ebert, Jenness, Frangione, Enneking. Abstain: Schmillen. Nayes: none. Motion carried.
Motion by Ebert, seconded by Frangione to adjourn 7:31 am. Ayes: All Nayes: none. Motion carried.
