Senior Awards night was held at the Marcus high school for the MMCRU seniors, it took place on Tuesday, May 10th. The Silver Cord, 3.5 GPA Cord, Blood Cord, and the 4-H Cord were all given at the ceremony to be worn at graduation. Some of the top scholarships that were given was KCAU was given to Ellie Reuter, the MMCRU ACT 25+ Recognition was given to Colin Pick, Ryan Olson, and Preston Astidias, the MMCRU ACT 30+ Recognition was given to Brayden Dirks, the Bernie Saggau Award to Ellie Hillbrands, the Natalee Henke Memorial Scholarship was given to Regan Peters and Autum Bonnstetter, MMCRU Boosters Scholarships were given to Brayden Dirks, Brett Staab, Emily Dreckman, and Taylor Harpenau, the Iowa State University Scholarship given to Keegan Stevens, and the Northwest Iowa Community College scholarship was given to Matthew Kollbaum and Jared Krug. The graduation ceremony was held May 22nd, at the high school gym in Marcus, at 2:00.
