MMC CSD Board of Directors Meeting
The Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn Community School District Board of Directors met in regular joint session on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at 6:30 pm at the MMCRU Commons along with the Remsen-Union Community School District Board of Directors. Board members present: Karla Prunty, Luke Olson, Danae Dreckman, Laura Staab. Absent: Belinda Leavitt.

C. ADMINISTER OATHS TO BOARD OFFICERS
Jill Alesch swore in board member Luke Olson. Jill Alesch swore in President Karla Prunty and Vice President Luke Olson.
D. ESTABLISH BOARD MEETING DATE/TIME/LOCATION
Danae Dreckman made a motion to keep the meeting time the same, 3rd Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. and the location will alternate monthly between Remsen and Marcus. Laura Staab seconded.

E. ADMINISTER OATH TO BOARD SECRETARY AND BOARD TREASURER
Karla Prunty swore in Board Secretary Jill Alesch. Karla Prunty swore in Board Treasurer Joe Mohning.

C. APPOINTMENT OF BOARD REPRESENTATVIE TO PLYMOUTH CO. CONFERENCE BOARD
The MMC board does not have any members residing in Plymouth County, therefore no action was taken.
D. MSA (MODIFIED SUPPLEMENTAL AMOUNT) AT-RISK/DROPOUT PREVENTION RESOLUTION
Luke Olson moved to approve the request for MSA in the amount of $96,256 for At-Risk/Dropout Prevention. Laura Staab seconded.

E. SBRC REQUEST FOR ON-TIME FUNDING) INCREASED ENROLLMENT & OPEN ENROLLMENT OUT)
Danae Dreckman moved to approve the SBRC request for On-Time Funding the amount of $116,435 for Increased Enrollment and $6,343 for Open Enrollment Out. Laura Staab seconded.

F. EDA HVAC PROPOSAL FOR RU BUILDING
No action was taken as this was a Remsen-Union matter.
G. REVENUE PURPOSE STAEMENT ELECTION ON MARCH 8, 2022.
Danae Dreckman introduced the following Resolution: RESOLUTION APPROVING REVENUE PURPOSE STATEMENT, ORDERING AN ELECTION ON A REVENUE PURPOSE STATEMENT TO AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURES FROM REVENUE RECEIVED FROM THE STATE SECURE AN ADVANCED VISION FOR EDUCATION FUND, AND ORDERING THE PUBLICATION OF A NOTICE OF ELECTION. Laura Staab seconded. The Roll was called, and the vote was: Dreckman AYE, Olson AYE, Prunty AYE, Staab AYE.
Motion Carried.
