City Administrator, Jaynee Rushton, reported that a public hearing was scheduled to receive public comments on the FY27 Proposed Tax Levy. Mayor Pro Tem Smith opened the public hearing calling for all written and/or oral comments. City Clerk Jaynee Rushton reported that the lowering from previous fiscal year. Having no written comments nor hearing any oral comments, Mayor Pro Tem Smith closed the hearing. It was moved by Councilmember Giese and supported by Councilmember Wittrock to approve Resolution 2026-08 to approve FY27 Proposed Tax Levy. Upon roll call vote, the vote was as follows: Ayes: Wittrock, Jenness, Giese, Scroggin, Smith. Nays: none. The Session then closed.
