NOTICE OF FORFEITURE OF REAL ESTATE CONTRACT

You are notified that you are in default on a written contract dated May 13, 2020 and executed by CJT Land, LLC as Grantor, and Douglas Schuler and Willow Schuler as Grantees, recorded on May 18, 2020 in the office of the Cherokee County, Iowa Recorder as document #2020-0802, for the sale of real estate described as: Lots Six (6) and Seven (7), Block Thirty-seven (37) Eighth Addition to the Town of Marcus, Iowa.
The contract shall stand forfeited unless the parties in default, within thirty (30) days of the third (3rd) publication of this Notice, perform the terms and conditions in default and in addition pay reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs associated due to the default.
