Culinary II Exam
By MMCRU Haydn Aduddell
MMCRU High School’s Culinary II class has just had its first major project for the semester. Everything that the students have learned, so far, was accumulated into one conclusive project. Students worked in groups to plan and prepare any food they desired, so long as it displayed their understanding of at least three of the eight food topics learned to that date. Students were originally placed on a $15 budget for the project, which they would use to visit Jeff’s Foods and select their products, but due to school being cancelled on the day designated for that occasion, the budget was lifted and the trip to Jeff’s Foods was abolished. As usual, the students and paraprofessionals exchanged a rather content time with preparing food, consuming it, and sharing it with fellow attendees.
