DUST CONTROL PERMITS will be required for County gravel road applications.
The decision was made to require permits because:
• There are approximately 750 miles of County gravel roads to maintain and we need a way to track the applications.
• We don’t want to ruin what is being put down by inadvertently grading and working the road where it has been applied.
• To give the County advance notice in order to dress the area prior to application.
Cost is $50.
