This week’s senior spotlight covers Ally Sanow, who is a senior at MMCRU. Ally is the daughter of Katie Jungers, Lee Sanow, her Stepmom Trish Anderson, and Stepdad Tony Jungers . She has five siblings: Lana, Carter, Jude, Jonah, and Molly. Her favorite memory from high school was her time at the Junior Prom. Of all the school lunches, Ally says Crispitos are her favorite.
Her hobbies outside of school include reading and doing various art projects. When asked what advice she has for the upcoming freshmen, Ally says “Stay on top of your work, and don’t be afraid to try new things!” The greatest accomplishment of her high school career was learning from mistakes and constantly making room for improvement. Some of her favoriteartists are Harry Styles, The Smashing Pumpkins, The Backseat Lovers, and Fleetwood Mac.
After graduation, Ally plans to take a gap year and get her CNA certification then work to save for college. In the future, Ally says she would like to travel around the world, have a good, steady job, and raise a family.
