It was August 9, 2018 when the Heartland Care Center had groundbreaking for construction for a new addition. The new addition expanded Heartland Care Center to 38 licensed care beds. A portion of the north dining room was to be remodeled and the new addition would include top-notched private rooms as well as creating a hospice room for residents including a suite for family members while they were with their loved one in hospice care. Construction was to begin on Monday, August 13, 2018.
On Wednesday, May 11, 2022 Heartland Care Center invited the public for an open house and tours followed by a Ribbon Cutting for their new hallway leading to their latest addition of nine new rooms. Heartland Care Center can be proud of this addition as well as the care given to residents by their employees!
