NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
NOTICE IS GIVEN: The Board of Directors of the Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn Community School District will meet at the Marcus High School Commons, 400 E. Fenton Street, Marcus, Iowa 51035 , on Monday, February 21st at 7:30 p.m. local time, where at said Board of Directors will hold a hearing and may resolve to adopt plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated cost of the following improvements:
MMCRU Campus, Renovations and Additions
Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following:
Labor, material and equipment necessary to expand and renovation the Marcus campus, not limited to, major and minor demolition, general construction, mechanical, electrical and telecommunications work, and associated sitework. The work will occur at 400 E. Fenton Street, Marcus, Iowa 51035.
At said hearing, the Board of Directors will consider the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and estimated cost for said project, the same being on file in the office of the Director of Facilities, reference to which is made for a more detailed and complete description of the proposed improvements, and at said time and place the said Board will also receive and consider any comments/objections to said plans, specifications and form of contract or to the estimated cost of said improvements made by any interested party.
