On Wednesday May 12th students took advantage of our early out and went to the FFA Testplot located south of Marcus. The chapter planted both Channel and Pioneer soybean seed donated thanks to James Mayer and Dale Cave. We are continuing the till vs no till test as well as looking into variations of population this year. Some passes have a low population of 120,000 seeds per acre and a high population of 170,000 seeds per acre.
