The 2026 grant applications for the Cherokee County Legacy Foundation are now available. Just like last year, the grant criteria and applications can all be found on the Legacy website: www.cclegacy.org. Grant applications are due January 31st, 2025.
As a reminder, the deadline to submit a Letter of Intent to Apply for a Gold Level grant is November 1st, 2025. Gold Level grants are requests for the highest level of funding, between $10,001 and $25,000. If your organization is interested in applying for a Gold Level grant, the application process begins with the Letter of Intent to Apply. The pre-application Letter includes a description of the project, overview of funding sources and identifies the impact on Cherokee County. Those applicants will be notified in December if they are a finalist for a Gold grant. For more information on the Gold Level grants and letters, please see our website.
