Iowa Families who qualify for the Healthy Kids Iowa Program (eligible for SNAP or Free and Reduced Lunch), get expanded access to food throughout July and August, such as fruit, vegetables, dairy, grains, and proteins.
How It Works:
1) Complete a simple TEFAP form at the Community Ministries Food Pantry at 405 N. Main Street in Marcus, Iowa.
2) Each child (ages 4-18) in the family will receive up to $40 of food in July and August, 2025 to be picked up at the Marcus Food Pantry on the following Wednesdays and Saturdays:

• Wednesdays: July 23rd , July 30th, August 6th, August 13th, August 20th, and August 27th from 6:00-7:30 p.m.
• Saturdays: July 19th, July 26th, August 2nd, August 9th, August 16th, August 23rd, and August 30th, 2025 from 9:00-10:30 a.m.
  3) Each family or child may only visit once per month in July and August.
