A Prepared Childbirth class will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Floyd Valley Healthcare, lower level room #2.
This class is open to anyone expecting their first child and interested in preparing for childbirth. The session will cover a variety of topics including: what to expect during each trimester, relaxation techniques, labor and delivery, parenting and taking care of a newborn.
