Motion by Frangione , seconded by Schmillen to approve Resolution #23-13, “Setting Time and Place for a Public Hearing for the Purpose of Soliciting Written and Oral Comments on the City’s Proposed Fiscal Year 2024 Budget” Ayes: All Nayes: none. Motion carried.
Motion by Ebert, seconded by Frangione to adjourn 7:31 am. Ayes: All Nayes: none. Motion carried.
