The Cherokee County Pork Producers (CCPP) will again be taking applications for their 2022 scholarship program. These scholarships are for graduating high school seniors that are residents of Cherokee County, that plan to enroll in full time college course work in an agricultural field or major. Scholarship amounts will be up to $500; with the number of scholarships being based on committee criteria. Applications for these scholarships will be available from area high school guidance counselors or from the CCPP scholarship committee members upon request which include Marla Conley, Rodney Parker, and Scott Osborn. The completed applications must be postmarked or received via email by Monday, April 11, 2022.
