Cherokee County Board of Supervisors, Iowa, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 22nd day of March, 2022, at 9:30 o’clock A.M. in the Board of Supervisors Room of the Cherokee County Courthouse, 520 West Main Street, on a resolution to sell the following described real estate:
Property located at 118 North Main Street, Larrabee, Iowa, and legally described as follows:
Lot 4, Block 1 in the original town of Larrabee, Cherokee County, Iowa.
The City of Larrabee has made an offer for said property in the amount of $1750.00. Persons wishing to make written comments or objections to this sale may do so by submitting them to the Cherokee County Auditor no later than 8:30 A.M. on Tuesday, the 22nd day of March, 2022. Persons wishing to make oral comments may do so at the public hearing at the time and place referenced above.
The Board of Supervisors will also consider all comments prior to make a final decision as to sale of the property to the City of Larrabee.
