The Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn Community School District Board of Directors met in special session on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at 8:00 am at the MMCRU Superintendent’s Office, Marcus, IA. Board members present: Danae Dreckman, Belinda Leavitt, and Luke Olson. Absent: Karla Prunty and Laura Staab.
I.CALL TO ORDER
Luke Olson called the meeting to order at 7:59 a.m.
II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Belinda Leavitt moved to approve the agenda. Danae Dreckman seconded.

III. BUSINESS
A. PURCHASE OF LS 2000 SERIES TRACTOR
Belinda Leavitt moved to purchase the LS 2025H tractor, mid-mount mower, and front snow blower from Robert’s Carburetor. Danae Dreckman seconded.

B. AIR COMPRESSOR FOR IT SHOP
Belinda Leavitt moved to approve the air compressor purchase from Stan Houston. Danae Dreckman seconded.

VII. ADJOURN
Danae Dreckman moved to adjourn at 8:09 a.m. Belinda Leavitt seconded.
