Community Ministries Receives Donation from the Suicide Awareness Annual Golf Tournament
The Cherokee County Suicide Awareness Coalition hosts an annual golf tournament each year in August. The funds are used to support a number of non-profit organizations in various areas of the county. Robin Harvey, Marcus City Clerk, is shown here presenting Community Ministries Food Pantry Vice-president, Donna Bird, and Treasurer, Linda Klingbeil, with a generous donation of $1,500 from the Suicide Awareness golf tournament held last August. As the Food Pantry is entirely funded by donations and grants, these funds were greatly appreciated!
