The Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn Community School District is accepting sealed bids on the following equipment:

• 2004 International 3000, 65-passenger school bus equipped with a DT466 engine and 226,956 miles. Tires are aged but retain good tread. Minor rust spots are visible around the wheel wells and rear door.
• Sound Shell, a portable acoustic enclosure.

  The MMC School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with policy 803.1. Sealed bids must be received by 3:00 p.m. on April 15, 2026, at MMC High School; late submissions will not be considered. All items are sold ‘as is, where is,’ without warranty. The successful bidder is responsible for dismantling, loading, and transportation. Sealed bids should be labeled as “School Bus Bid” or “Sound Shell Bid.” Bids will be opened during the School Board meeting on April 20, 2026. Payment is due within five business days following notification. All items must be removed within ten business days after payment.
