Amending Ordinance for Meter Read Date Change
The Primghar City Council met in a Public Hearing on December 9, 2025 in the council chambers with Mayor Pro-Tem Kevin Smith presiding. Council present –Ryan Jenness, Steve Wittrock and Ken Miller. Absent – Kurt Edwards and Tim Honkomp. Councilman Jenness opened the public hearing at 4:59PM. City Administrator, Jaynee Rushton, reported that a public hearing was scheduled to receive public comments. Having no oral or written comments, councilman Miller closed the hearing. It was moved by Councilmember Wittrock and supported by Councilmember Miller to approve Resolution 2025-29 Directing Sale and Authorizing the City of Primghar to enter into a contract and convey real estate owned by the City of Primghar. Upon roll call vote, the vote was as follows: Ayes: Jenness, Smith, Miller, Wittrock. Nays: none. Absent: Honkomp. Councilman Jenness approved Resolution 2025-30 – entering into a contract for the McCormack House purchase with Anthony Schulz, seconded by Wittrock. The Session then closed at 4:55PM.
