Affordable Connectivity Program Notice
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a monthly discount off your Internet service bill of up to $30 per month. The ACP is limited to one monthly service discount per household and is non-transferrable.
A household is eligible for the ACP if the household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. A household is also eligible if a member received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year, or if a member of the household participates in one of the assistance programs below:
- Medicaid
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Federal Housing Assistance (Section 8)
- Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
- Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit Program
- National School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program
- Lifeline

The ACP is a federal government benefit program operated by the Federal Communications Commission and, upon its conclusion or when a household is no longer eligible, customers will be subject to the provider’s regular rates, terms, and conditions.
