Nutrien Management Plan for an Open
Feedlot Operation
Chad Tentinger has submitted a Nutrient Management Plan (NMP) to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) on behalf of T & M Cattle, LLC, an open feedlot operation with a capacity of 7,200 animal units. This operation is located in Amherst Township, Cherokee County, and plans to apply manure in Amherst, Tilden, & Remsen Township(s), Cherokee and Plymouth County(s).
The NMP is on file at the IDNR Field Office, 1900 N Grand Ave, Spencer, IA 51301 and is available for public inspection, Monday – Friday, from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
In determining whether to approve the NMP, the DNR will consider written comments regarding whether the NMP complies with Iowa law. The DNR will conduct a public hearing regarding this NMP if a request for hearing is received within 10 days of the publication date of this notice. Persons requesting a public hearing will be notified of the time and place for the hearing at the address, telephone number or e-mail address provided in the request for a hearing. Information regarding electronic submission of comments and requests for public hearing may be obtained at the

NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL, OR APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR, AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
To All Persons Interested in the Estate of Kathleen A. Ogren, Deceased, who died on or about August 5, 2021:
You are hereby notified that on August 19, 2021, the last will and testament of Kathleen A. Ogren, deceased, bearing date of January 20, 2010, was admitted to probate in the above named court and that Kenneth L. Ogren was appointed executor of the estate. Any action to set aside the will must be brought in the district court of said county within the later to occur of four months from the date of the second publication of this notice or one month from the date of mailing of this notice to all heirs of the decedent and devisees under the will whose identities are reasonably ascertainable, or thereafter be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersign, and creditors having claims against the estate shall file them with the clerk of the above named district court, as provided by law, duly authenticated, for allowance, and unless so filed by the later to occur of four months from the date of the second publication of this notice or one month from the date of mailing of this notice (unless otherwise allowed or paid) a claim is thereafter forever barred.
