The Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn Community School District Board of Directors met in special session on Monday, January 29, 2024 at 5:00pm at the MMC Board Room, Marcus, IA. Board members present: Laura Staab, Dan Erickson, Kristi Letsche, Belinda Leavitt, and Luke Olson.
I. CALL TO ORDER
Laura Staab called the meeting to order at 5:00pm
II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Belinda Leavitt moved to approve the agenda. Luke Olson seconded.

III. BUSINESS
A. BOARD FINANCE WORKSHOP LED BY IASB
The board members, Superintendent Dan Barkel, and Principal Weisert reviewed the finances of Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn School District in a workshop led by Shawn Snyder and Jill Miller-Hook from the Iowa Association of School Boards- Finance Directors.

Kristi Letsche moved to adjourn the workshop at 6:56pm. Dan Erickson seconded.
